The Freshman Consultancy is a highly successful search and selection firm specialising in finance, media and technology. Based in London we operate in Europe, Asia and the US.

Paul Chambers has been an Executive Recruiter for more than 20 years. He established The Freshman Consultancy in 1990 and is as comfortable working with high profile global entities as he is with small entrepreneurial "start up" operations. In recent years he has recruited key executives in London, Paris, Frankfurt, New York and Hong Kong amongst others.

Áine (pronounced Ornia) Hall joined The Freshman Consultancy in April 2003. Áine focuses on search and selection mandates across Sales, Business Development, Product and Project business areas in financial markets. She has also developed an Analyst recruitment division at Freshman. She has successfully recruited senior executives in London, Madrid, New York and Paris.
